Azul Engenharia

Brand Strategy &
360° Marketing

Azul Engenharia was a relatively young company, with just a few years in the market, but already operating with a level of efficiency and reliability that wasn’t reflected in its brand.

Despite delivering projects consistently on time, a rare achievement in the construction industry, this key differentiator was not being communicated or leveraged strategically. The brand lacked clarity, positioning, and a narrative capable of expressing its true value to the market.

The challenge was to uncover and translate these latent strengths into a brand that could match the company’s real performance and ambition.

Solution

The project began with a deep brand analysis and strategic diagnosis, identifying core behaviors and differentiators that had not yet been formalised.

From this process, a complete rebrand was developed — repositioning Azul Engenharia as a solid, reliable, and highly efficient engineering company. The communication was built around its most powerful truth: delivering projects on time, without delays.

Beyond the rebrand, the work expanded into a full 360° marketing structure, including:

  • Brand positioning and communication strategy

  • Corporate and institutional communication

  • Digital presence and content direction

  • Internal marketing and alignment with company culture

  • Ongoing management of brand consistency across all touchpoints

Impact

The transformation aligned the brand with its real market performance, strengthening its credibility and perception across clients and partners.

  • Clear positioning based on reliability and delivery excellence

  • Stronger communication with major clients such as USP, Gol Linhas Aéreas, and Cemig

  • Consolidation of a consistent brand presence across national operations

  • Integration between internal culture and external communication

Story

Azul Engenharia didn’t need to reinvent itself — it needed to recognise its own strength.

The key insight was simple, yet powerful: in a market where delays are often expected, delivering on time is not just a feature — it’s a defining value.

The project focused on revealing this truth and building a brand around it. By aligning strategy, communication, and internal culture, Azul became a clearer, stronger, and more confident expression of what it had always been: a company that delivers exactly what it promises. YET is still doing it!

Borboletinha Cake

Brand Identity
& Emotional Positioning

Borboletinha Cake was born as an artisanal confectionery led by a single mother, built on care, dedication, and a deeply personal story.

The challenge was to transform this origin into a brand that could go beyond product, creating an emotional connection strong enough to differentiate it in a saturated market, where sweets are often reduced to aesthetics or price.

It was necessary to build a brand capable of translating affection, memory, and meaning into a clear and recognizable identity.

Solution

The project started from the creation of the brand itself — including naming, visual identity, and communication strategy.

The core concept was built around emotional memory, using childhood references, fables, and symbolic elements to create a sense of familiarity and comfort. The communication was designed to evoke lightness, calm, and a subtle sense of nostalgia.

Beyond branding, the work included:

  • Development of a complete visual identity system

  • Creation of brand language and tone of voice

  • Website design and digital presence

  • Structuring of communication aligned with storytelling and emotional connection

Impact

Borboletinha Cake evolved from a small artisanal production into a brand with clear identity and emotional resonance.

  • Strong connection with customers through storytelling and memory

  • Differentiation in a highly competitive confectionery market

  • Consistent visual and narrative language across digital platforms

  • Reinforcement of brand values rooted in care, affection, and authenticity

Story

Borboletinha Cake is not just about sweetness — it’s about memory.

The brand was designed to reconnect people with a softer version of time: childhood afternoons, simple joys, and the emotional comfort that certain flavors can bring. Through visual language and storytelling, the project transforms each product into more than a dessert — it becomes a small pause, a moment of calm, a return to something familiar.

It’s a brand that doesn’t just sell cakes — it delivers feeling.

Uniflex

Creative

    2007 – 2022, São Paulo

When João Paulo joined the company, the brand Uniflex didn’t exist. The business operated under a different name and lacked a clear identity, positioning, or structured market approach.

The product — curtains and blinds — was widely commercialized but perceived as a commoditized category, with little differentiation between suppliers. Sales were primarily driven through independent retailers, without a unified brand experience, standardized communication, or strategic positioning.

The challenge was not just to create a brand, but to redefine how the product was perceived — transforming it from a functional item into a recognized, desirable, and trusted solution in the market.

Solution

The project began with the creation of the Uniflex brand from scratch, including naming, visual identity, and strategic positioning.

From this foundation, a complete communication ecosystem was developed — spanning printed materials (catalogs, magazines, packaging), digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and retail communication. The brand was implemented consistently across all touchpoints, creating a unified and recognizable presence.

Beyond branding, the work expanded into structuring the business itself:

  • Development of standardized communication for resellers

  • Creation of training materials, technical documentation, and workshops

  • Implementation of digital platforms, including the website and the Uniflex Connect app

  • Active participation in major architecture and design events such as Casa Cor, Mostra Black, and Modernos e Eternos

The project also involved close collaboration with internal teams, especially HR, to strengthen company culture and internal communication — contributing to recognitions such as Great Place to Work and Green Building Council certification.

Impact

The transformation positioned Uniflex as one of the most recognized brands in its category.

  • 8 consecutive years as Top of Mind brand in the curtains and blinds segment

  • Strong brand recognition across both retail and specification markets

  • Consolidation of a structured reseller network with consistent identity

  • Expansion into digital platforms and ongoing content strategy

What started as a fragmented operation became a cohesive brand ecosystem, capable of generating value, recognition, and long-term market relevance.

Story

Uniflex was never just about creating a brand — it was about redefining perception.

The core idea was to elevate a product often seen as secondary into something that carries design, identity, and purpose within architectural spaces. This required not only visual consistency but also education: teaching the market how to see, specify, and value the product differently.

By aligning branding, communication, training, and digital platforms, the project built a bridge between product and perception — turning something ordinary into something intentional.

48 hours. 4 cities. 1 global brief. Video re-editing and content localisation for a global sports | European HQ.

A global leader in localisation and language services — needed an urgent re-edit of a global commercial video for its European Headquarters. The brief was crisp: take an existing global campaign and carve out a version that spotlighted only the actions carried out across European territory with a sharp focus on the brand’s presence in Milan, Berlin, Barcelona, and Istanbul.

The deadline? 48 hours.

Solution

Running by Nike — Europe in the Streets

The heartbeat of the European campaign was the Running by Nike events, held across the four cities in scope. Each city had its own energy — and the video had to capture all of it.

The re-edit involved curating and assembling event footage from Milan, Berlin, Barcelona, and Istanbul, building a narrative of movement, community, and urban presence that spoke directly to an European audience.

Davozzi

Brand Growth
& Market Expansion

  • Client

  • Year

    Ongoing, São Paulo
Davozzi entered the market as one of the first Brazilian brands focused on 100% natural bone broth, operating in a category that was still largely unknown to the broader public.

Despite having a strong product — natural, nutritionally rich, and aligned with health-conscious consumers — the brand faced the challenge of building awareness, educating the market, and scaling distribution nationwide.

The key challenge was not only to grow the brand, but to define how it should speak, position itself, and create relevance in a category that required both trust and understanding.

Solution

The work focused on structuring the brand’s communication and growth strategy, refining its identity, and building a clear and consistent voice across all touchpoints.

A 360° marketing approach was implemented, including:

  • Development of brand language and communication tone

  • Direct-to-consumer (B2C) strategy with a strong educational component

  • Point-of-sale (POS) communication and retail expansion support

  • Engagement with distributors through training and presentations

  • Strategic connection with health professionals such as nutritionists, doctors, and specialists

One of the key strategic decisions was to build a fully organic growth model, with no investment in paid influencer partnerships. Instead, the focus was on product experience and authentic advocacy, allowing the brand to grow through genuine recommendation.

Impact

In just over a year of structured marketing work, Davozzi achieved significant national expansion and recognition:

  • Over 130,000 organic consumers (“Davozzers”)

  • More than 1800 points of sale across Brazil

  • Participation in major industry events, including NaturalTech 2025

  • Recognition in business and market rankings, including features by Exame

The brand established itself as a reference in the bone broth category, combining product quality with strong and consistent communication.

Story

Davozzi is a brand built on trust — and trust requires clarity.

The strategy focused on translating the product’s nutritional value into a language that people could understand, adopt, and share. Instead of relying on traditional advertising, the brand grew through experience and credibility.

By connecting directly with consumers, retailers, and health professionals, the project created a communication ecosystem that feels natural, fluid, and continuous — just like the product itself.

Brazil’s largest private bank. Creative direction and visual identity for campaign development.

Creative direction and visual development for Bradesco’s “Vida Previdência Mulher”, a financial initiative designed to encourage women to take control of their long-term financial planning. The project included the creation of digital assets, branch communication materials, and online campaign banners, supporting the program’s launch across multiple channels.

The visual language was designed to reflect confidence, autonomy, and the everyday strength of Brazilian women, translating financial planning into a more human and approachable narrative.

Financial products related to life insurance and retirement planning are often perceived as distant and complex, especially for audiences who historically have not been directly addressed by financial communication.

Bradesco needed a campaign capable of connecting with women in a more direct and relatable way, presenting financial planning as part of everyday life and long-term independence.

Solution

The creative direction focused on building a visual language that was clear, accessible, and emotionally resonant.
Through digital assets, branch communication materials, and campaign visuals, the project translated a complex financial product into a narrative centered on autonomy, security, and life planning.

Brazil is not a trend. It’s origin.

The world finally
got Brazil.
Took long enough.

It’s not a trend. It never was. It’s a long-overdue recognition of something we’ve always known — and the rest of the world is just now catching up.

There’s a scene we’ve all seen before: someone from abroad discovers something Brazilian — a song, an expression, a way of doing things — and treats it like they invented it. Gives it an English name, packages it, exports it. The world applauds. Meanwhile, we’re in São Paulo buying pão de queijo like it’s any other Tuesday. Because it is.

Creative Director
João Paulo Carneiro

It’s not a trend. It’s Brazil being Brazil.

Let’s get one thing straight: when Rosalía spends New Year’s Eve in Rio, when Coldplay eats coxinha and goes viral, when baile funk shows up in your Danish friend’s playlist — that’s not Brazil becoming a trend. That’s the world finally paying attention.

There’s a difference. Trends are temporary. What’s happening with Brazil right now is something else entirely different: it’s recognition. Late, sometimes poorly attributed, often filtered through a foreign lens — but recognition nonetheless.

And look, we don’t need to pretend it doesn’t feel good. It does. But it’s also important to understand what, exactly, is being recognised — because it’s not Carnaval. It’s not football. It’s not the aesthetic. Those are symptoms. The actual thing — the source — is much older.

“Silicon Valley invented ‘design thinking.’ We just call it gambiarra. Been doing it forever.”

Gambiarra is a methodology. It just never had a fancy name.

Brazil is, historically, a country that synthesises. Five centuries of people arriving from everywhere — by force, by choice, by every means imaginable — built a culture that learned to work with what it has, from what it is, in the time it has.

There’s a word for this. Not “resilience” — that one became a motivational poster and lost all meaning. The real word is:

Gambiarra

gam · bi · A · rra · feminine noun

A creative solution built from constraints. Not improvisation born of desperation — it’s the intelligence of turning limitation into language. It’s the guy who fixes the shower with electrical tape and keeps it running for three years. It’s the brand with no Nike-sized budget that produces the most talked-about campaign of the year. It’s a country that invented jogo bonito on dirt pitches.

Silicon Valley spent a decade building expensive methodologies to teach people to “think outside the box.” In Brazil, there was no box to begin with. Or rather — the box became something else entirely.

03 —

The world consumed it. And forgot to give credit.

Here’s something that might sting a little: a significant chunk of what defines global pop culture today has Brazilian DNA — without the label.

The percussive structures of trap, funk, what became Afrobeats and dancehall? Direct line back to Brazilian rhythm traditions. The editorial aesthetic dominating luxury fashion — warm, sun-saturated, embodied — is basically how Brazil has always photographed the human body. The “spontaneous and authentic energy” every global brand desperately tries to replicate on social media? That’s just what a Brazilian family WhatsApp group sounds like at 8am.

This got absorbed, remixed, repackaged — and lost its return address. It’s not necessarily malicious. That’s just how influence works. But now that the world is looking directly at Brazil, it’s time to sign your name at the bottom.

“Entering Brazil without understanding Brazil is like showing up to the party without greeting anyone. Everyone notices.”

What does any of this have to do with brands?

Everything. Absolutely everything.

If you’re an international brand looking to enter Brazil: great timing, but watch your approach. Brazilians are among the world’s sharpest audiences when it comes to spotting inauthenticity. There’s a word for it here: “forçado.” Forced. And forced doesn’t land.

Entering Brazil isn’t entering a market. It’s joining a conversation that’s been going on for a very long time — with its own grammar, its own references, and a collective emotional memory you won’t find in any trend report.

If you’re a Brazilian brand looking outward: you have more cultural capital than you realise. The problem usually isn’t the product — it’s the framing. How you tell the story. Where you start. “Made in Brazil” stopped being a disadvantage and became a differentiator. But only when it’s true, and told with the same creative intelligence that made it.

That’s what BeNita is here for. Not to package Brazil as an aesthetic. But to work with brands that understand culture isn’t decoration — it’s strategy.

Brazil is not a trend.
It’s origin.

And origin doesn’t need external validation to exist. But when the entire world starts pointing in the same direction — it’s time to take the next step before someone takes it for you.

Working on a brand that needs to understand Brazil?

We were built for this.

Let’s Talk
